Shipping policy

At SkinSense, we aim to deliver your skincare products quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Shipping Time
• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: Up to 10 business days

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹700
• For orders below ₹400 a standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to track the delivery status.

5. Delays

We always try our best to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to:
• Courier partner issues
• Weather conditions
• Festivals or public holidays

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
1. Email us at skinsense25@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Attach clear photos of the damaged product & packaging
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
